Policies
1. Order & Deposit Policy
- A 50% deposit is required to reserve your order date.
- The remaining balance must be paid two (2) weeks prior to the event or pickup date.
- Orders are not confirmed until, at least, a deposit has been received.
- Deposits help secure your date and materials; for this reason, 25% of the total order is non-refundable if a cancellation is needed.
2. Cancellation & Changes
- Cancellations made at least two weeks prior to your event will receive a refund minus the 25% non-refundable portion.
- Orders cancelled less than two weeks prior to the event are non-refundable.
- You may reschedule or change your order date once, if availability allows.
- If I (Fizz N Dough) must cancel for any reason, a full refund (including deposit) will be issued.
3. Pickup & Delivery Policy
- Please arrive at your scheduled pickup time. Early or late arrivals may affect other orders. If pick up is at Westwood Daycare, please arrange for pick up before 5 PM.
- Once items are picked up, I am not responsible for any damage due to handling, transport, or storage.
- Delivery may be available for an additional fee and must be arranged at the time of booking.
4. Design & Customization
- I do not replicate another baker’s work exactly but will use inspiration photos to design something uniquely yours.
- Colors and designs may vary slightly due to lighting, ingredients, and artistic interpretation.
- Final design changes must be confirmed no later than two weeks prior to the event.
5. Allergies & Ingredients
- My products may contain or come into contact with milk, eggs, nuts, wheat, and soy.
- Please inform me of any allergies when ordering. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free product.
6. Late Pickup & Abandoned Orders
- Orders not picked up on the scheduled date will be held for 24 hours (unless otherwise arranged).
- After that time, the order will be disposed of without refund.
7. Satisfaction Policy
- I take pride in my work! If there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 24 hours so I can address your concern.
- Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed but may be offered at the owner’s discretion.
